How to sign up for Flow

Field Trip Sign Up Dates

The Monday before or morning of (no advance sign-ups)
Monday July 7th – July 18th

Trip sign-ups are first come first serve and must be paid in full to be written in a spot.
Please take note of DROP OFF locations listed on calendar.
No Pre-sign up.
You many only sign up & pay for the current session field trips.

Field trips are all payable with CASH ONLY.

On all field trip days, members must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time on calendar. If your child is not here by time on calendar, WE WILL LEAVE. No Refunds.
To receive a refund for a paid trip, notify us TWO days prior to the trip day.
